Return Process

  Log into your account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return, or bring your original receipt to any Bouclair boutique.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in sellable condition.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it at a designated carrier location, or simply hand it to a stylist at your local store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
